All six of the team had breakfast at 07h30, before heading along the final stretch of autoroute to Calais. A couple of fuel stops later. check-in at the Eurotunnel wasn't as easy as it should have been - half the gates closed. Notwithstanding, all managed to catch a crossing 30 minutes early, and despite the lack of AC on the train, all was well ...until...


As the train came to a halt, Tanuj's bike toppled forwards, narrowing missing Phil's and starting a domino effect. To investigate back in the UK, Tanuj's GSA is lowered, though crazily BMW fit the standard side stand which forces the bike into a more upright (unstable) position when resting. An indicator stork damaged, as well as the light protector / grill, some simple repairs were made at the top of the Eurotunnel ramp, before...


All six headed out in formation for a less enjoyable final leg, on UK motorways, filtering around the M25. At around 14h30 (GMT), the Bucks 'boys' split away from the Hertfordshire 'hussies'; all six exchanging messages an hour later to confirm they'd returned to respective homes safe and sound. A great week away, in which Oli has proven to be a natural, and Tanuj has advanced his riding beyond anyone's expectations!
